Workers are formally employed by TalentHub . We issue all contracts and ensure conditions meet Zambian labour law standards

We process monthly salaries and manage all deductions including NAPSA, NHIMA, and PAYE on behalf of the worker.

4. Ongoing HR support

We monitor worker performance, handle disciplinary issues if they arise, and provide support to keep things running smoothly.

Is this legal in Zambia?

Yes. Labour brokerage is a legitimate staffing arrangement. TalentHub  operates in full compliance with the Employment Code Act and relevant Zambian labour regulations.

Who is the employer — us or Talent Hub?

Talent Hub is the employer of record. This means we hold the employment relationship, manage payroll, and take responsibility for HR matters. You direct the workers’ day-to-day tasks on your premises.

Can we use this for long-term staffing?

Yes. While labour brokerage is commonly used for short-term or project-based needs, we also offer longer-term arrangements depending on your business requirements.
